I have seen you issue in github.

1. Where did you clone the repositary?
2. Why did you usebuild/darknet/x64/cfg/yolov3-tiny.cfg instead of cfg/yolov3.cfg. Because x64 is for windows 64 bit but the colab is running by ubuntu.

I think may be this is the issue….
